Man upphör aldrig att förvånad, läste precis den här artikeln i lokaltidningen. Det är ju märkligt att personen i fråga inte kan låsas i någonstans tills han/hon inte längre är någon fara för omgivningen. Fara för sig själv skiter jag ärligt talat fullständigt i.
